Als Bar Supervisor ben je niet alleen het gezicht van de bar, maar ook een leider op de vloer. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld, ondersteunt en motiveert je team en zorgt ervoor dat elke dienst soepel verloopt. Je combineert hands-on bartending met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden en houdt altijd oog voor kwaliteit, service en teamspirit. Wat ga je doen: - Leidinggeven aan bardiensten en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het F&B-team - Zorgen voor memorabele gastervaringen door uitstekende service en kwalitatieve dranken - Dranken bereiden en serveren, gasten adviseren en waar passend upsellen - Het team coachen en motiveren tijdens de service - Diensten openen en afsluiten en zorgen voor een soepele dagelijkse operatie - Voorraad beheren en de bar georganiseerd en gastklaar houden - Werken volgens voedselveiligheids- en HACCP-richtlijnen - Je expertise delen op het gebied van dranken, wijn- en foodpairing Wat breng je mee: - Passie voor gastvrijheid en Food & Beverage - 1-2 jaar ervaring in een shiftleader- of leidinggevende functie binnen F&B - Een sterke teamplayer die anderen kan aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen - Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Een hands-on en proactieve mentaliteit - Uitstekende kennis van wijn en foodpairing - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels - Flexibiliteit om doordeweeks, in het weekend en in wisselende diensten te werken - Je eigen stijl wij waarderen individualiteit in leiderschap Functie eisen Waarom bij ons werken?
