Ga aan de slag als Barhoofd bij AFAS Live in Amsterdam en stuur jouw eigen barteam aan tijdens toffe evenementen! Wat ga je doen? Als barhoofd geef je samen met een collega-barhoofd leiding aan een team van ongeveer 15 barmedewerkers. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van jullie team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers en houdt overzicht, zowel tijdens evenementen als daarbuiten. Tijdens een evenement loopt jouw bar als een trein. Je medewerkers staan op de juiste plek, weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt en werken goed samen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de bar er verzorgd uitziet, de voorraden op peil zijn en dat de gasten snel en vriendelijk worden geholpen. Ook buiten de evenementen om ben je actief bezig met het managen van je team. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met je medewerkers, weet wat er speelt en zorgt voor een goede teamsfeer. Je vangt ziekmeldingen op, denkt mee over vervanging en zorgt ervoor dat je team goed bezet blijft. Samen met je collega-barhoofd stel je iedere maand de personeelsplanning op en zorg je ervoor dat de bezetting aansluit bij de evenementen. Daarnaast ben je aanwezig bij teamactiviteiten en stimuleer je jouw medewerkers om hier ook aan deel te nemen. Je legt verantwoording af aan de Manager Operations en hebt nauw contact met HR over onder andere het functioneren, de ontwikkeling en de inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Dienstverband en werktijden Het aantal uren wat je per week werkt is afhankelijk van het aantal evenementen. In de zomermaanden vinden er weinig evenementen plaats. Daarentegen hebben we in het najaar juist heel veel evenementen! Check vooral even onze agenda.
