Wir sind weltweit führend im Bereich Travel Retail und betreiben an 4 Standorten in Österreich eine Reihe unterschiedlicher F&B und Travel Retail Konzepte, darunter Eigenmarken aber auch Franchisekonzepte.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Barista (m/w/d) bei Costa Coffee Du bist gerne mitten im Geschehen, arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung im Team. In dieser Rolle verbindest du Servicequalität mit einem Blick fürs Ganze und gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen ein positives Gästeerlebnis.

Deine Aufgaben

* Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Zubereitung von Kaffeespezialitäten nach Standards, Verkauf & Gästebetreuung)

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Store-Betriebs

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards

* Mitwirkung bei Warenmanagement, Präsentation und Bestellwesen

* Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung, inkl. Teamkoordination und Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen

* Unterstützung bei der Erreichung von Umsatz- und Qualitätszielen

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Retail oder vergleichbaren Bereichen von Vorteil

* Erste Erfahrung in der Teamführung oder der Wunsch, sich in diese Richtung weiterzuentwickeln

* Begeisterung für Kaffee, Servicequalität und den Umgang mit Kund*innen

* Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

* Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und freundliches Auftreten

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau

* Eigenständige Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsortes (Früh-/Spätdienste)
