Als allrounder bij 30ML Almere ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten op de werkvloer. Je bent inzetbaar als barista, keukenmedewerker en als runner op de vloer. - Bereiden en serveren van koffie, thee en andere dranken aan gasten volgens onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaard. - Zorgen voor een schone en efficiënte werkomgeving, inclusief het opruimen van de keuken, bar, afwassen en schoonmaken van apparatuur en werkruimtes. - Helpen bij het onderhouden van de voorraad van koffiebonen, thee, melk en andere benodigdheden. - Bijdragen aan het creëren van een positieve sfeer in de winkel en het opbouwen van een goede relatie met onze gasten. - Minimaal één jaar ervaring als barista of keukenmedewerker is een pre. - Een salaris volgens de horeca CAO exclusief vakantiedagen -en geld, met pensioenregeling. Word jij blij van de perfecte espresso, silky microfoam en latte art waar gasten direct hun telefoon voor pakken? Bij 30ml draait alles om fantastische specialty coffee, oprechte gastvrijheid en een relaxte vibe. Jij wordt hét gezicht achter onze espressomachine en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met een grote glimlach én een topkoffie de deur uitgaat. - Je bereidt en serveert koffie, thee en andere dranken, altijd strak volgens onze hoge 30ml-standaard. - Je schittert achter de bar en schenkt latte art die indruk maakt (voor een mooie tulp of zwaan draai jij je hand niet om) - Je neemt je vak serieus: je zorgt voor een spik en span werkplek en perfect onderhouden apparatuur. - Je verwelkomt gasten alsof ze je eigen huiskamer binnenstappen, neemt bestellingen op en deelt je passie als ze vragen hebben over de koffie. - Latte art is voor jou geen bonus, maar de standaard voor elke melkkoffie die je maakt. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het prima om ook in het weekend de pannen van het dak te draaien. - Ben je nog geen vakkracht, maar bezit je wél al de passie en de basis-skills?
