Barkeeper Skybar Locatie: Wijk aan Zee Uren: 24-40 uur, parttime/fulltime

Ben jij een ervaren barkeeper met een passie voor het serveren van kwaliteitsdranken en het creëren van een luxe ervaring voor onze gasten? Strandhotel Het Hoge Duin is op zoek naar een vakkundige barkeeper voor onze stijlvolle Skybar. In deze trendy bar, met een schitterend uitzicht over de kustlijn, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het serveren van verfijnde dranken en het bieden van een hoogstaande service. Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en basis Duits en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving? Dan is deze rol voor jou de perfecte match!

Wat ga je doen?

- Verwelkomen van gasten en hen adviseren over onze selectie van dranken;

- Serveren van kwalitatieve dranken en zorgen voor een uitstekende gastenbeleving;

- Bereiden en serveren van hoogwaardige cocktails en andere dranken volgens zowel traditionele als innovatieve recepten;

- Creëren van een luxueuze en gastvrije sfeer in de Skybar;

- Actief upsellen van dranken en snacks om de ervaring van de gasten te verbeteren;

- Overtreffen van de verwachtingen van gasten door in te spelen op hun wensen;

- Beheren van de voorraad en bestellingen van dranken en benodigdheden;

- Zorgdragen voor de netheid en onderhoud van de bar;

- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de gehele bar, inclusief kassa-afhandeling;

- Samenwerken met het team om een naadloze en hoogwaardige service te bieden;

- Communiceren met gasten in zowel Nederlands, Engels, en basis Duits.

Ben jij de perfecte collega?

- Je bent fulltime of parttime beschikbaar;

- Je kunt ook in het weekend werken;

- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;

- Je spreekt goed Nederlands, Engels en basis Duits.

- Je beschikt over eigen vervoer en bent niet afhankelijk van het openbaar vervoer.
