DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Barkeeper/Bartender bist Du der/die Künstler:in bei der Gestaltung unserer Drinks. Du bist Gastgeber:in unserer Partys, liebst die Interaktion mit unseren Gästen und bist als Schüsselrolle für den Zauber einer guten Nacht für unsere Gäste verantwortlich.Somit gestaltest Du aktiv den Erfolg von Topgolf in Europa mit!

* Herstellung und Zubereitung von Getränken, Longdrinks und Kaffee-Spezialitäten

* Bestens vertraut mit der Bar und dem Lager

* Sicherstellung, dass jeder Gast jederzeit gut versorgt ist und gehst auf unsere Gäste ein

* Sicherstellung unseres Qualitätsstandards auf HACCP Niveau

* Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Alkohol Bestimmungen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes an einer unserer drei Bars

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie ist wünschenswert

* Fähigkeit mit hohem Tempo zu arbeiten und Multitasking, um die höchste Servicequalität aufrechtzuerhalten

* Leidenschaftliche/r Gastgeber:in mit ausgezeichneten Umgangsformen

* Empathievermögen, offene und freundliche Art sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Stressresistenz, Flair & Charisma, echter Teamplayer und Motivator für das Team

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
