in Ganzjahresanstellung - 40 Stunden pro Woche - Unterkunft bei Bedarf möglich

Deine Aufgaben:

* Klassische Bar-Arbeiten:

o Zubereitung und Servieren von alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Cocktails, Longdrinks, Aperitifs, Digestifs und Kaffeespezialitäten

o Fachgerechtes Beraten und Betreuen unserer Gäste an der Hotelbar

o Pflege des Barbereichs sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

o Aktiver Verkauf von Getränken und Empfehlungen für passende Drinks

o Ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung und Abrechnung der Konsumationen

* Mise en Place:

o Tägliche Vorbereitung der Bar (Auffüllen von Getränken, Gläsern, Garnituren)

o Kontrolle der Lagerstände und rechtzeitige Bestellungen

* Zusätzliche Verantwortungsbereiche:

o Kontrolle, ob die Speisesäle und der Buffetbereich vor Servicebeginn ordentlich vorbereitet sind (z. B. Sauberkeit, Dekoration, Besteck, Servietten, Getränkestationen)

o Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei Bedarf

o Empfang der Gäste in der Bar bzw. in den Abendstunden an der Rezeption/Hotellobby

Das bringst du mit:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bar- oder Servicebereich

º Gepflegtes Auftreten, Kommunikationsfreude und gute Umgangsformen

º Selbstständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise

º Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

º Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
