Zur Unterstützung im ROBINSON Club Alpenrose Zürs suchen wir eine/n 1 Barkellner/in Beschäftigung ab Anfang Wintersaison

Wintersaisonzeiten - Dezember 26 bis April 27

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Zielsetzung der Stelle:

º Umsetzung der ROBINSON-F&B Standards im Service

º Beraten & Bedienen von Gästen in der Bar

º Herstellen von Getränken & korrektes Servieren und Verbuchen dieser Gewährleistung des flüssigen & korrekten Ablaufs in den Baroutlets

Aufgaben - und Verantwortungsbereich:

º Durchführung eines freundlichen und kompetenten Service in allen Baroutlets gemäß den ROBINSON-Servicestandards

º Mise en place im Gäste- & Buffetbereich, Buffetausstattung (Vorleger, Teller) sowie des Getränkebuffets

º Kenntnisse des Produktangebots, der Preisstruktur und des Inhalts der Barkarte

º Kenntnisse der Weinkarte

º Warenkundliche Kenntnisse über die eingesetzten Produkte und gute Beratung des Gastes

º Gewährleistung der Sauberkeit & des optimalen Zustands im Bar-, Gäste- und Backbereich, Kontrolle mise en place, Hygiene, Set Up und Gästebedürfnisse

º Erstellung einer korrekten internen Warenanforderung für den Tagesbedarf

º Auffüllen der Warenbestände unter Beachtung der korrekten Lagerung

º Bereitstellung des Servicematerials

º Gewährleistung der Vollständigkeit, Sauberkeit, Pflege, Reparatur & die Ermittlung des

Ersatzbedarfs für alle Einrichtungen, Maschinen & Materialien im Barbereich

º Umsetzung der HACCP-Richtlinien

º Mithilfe bei Inventuren

º Information an den/die Barchef/in bei Vorkommnissen, die den eigenen Arbeitsbereich beeinflussen

º Integration in das Gesamtteam durch Kooperation und Mitarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

º Durchführung zusätzlicher, von dem/der Barchef/in delegierter Aufgaben

º Teilnahme an den täglichen Service Briefings

º Kontrolle interner Warenverschiebungen und -abgaben von Barprodukten

º Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung & Durchführung von F&B Extraaktionen

º Unterstützung des Restaurantteams bei Bedarf Durchführung der ROBINlife Gastgeberaufgaben, z.B.:

º Teilnahme am An- und Abreiseservice für die Gäste

º Einbindung in das abendliche Show- und Abendprogramm
