Barman met Leidinggevende Capaciteiten / Bedrijfsleider Bar in Willemstad Willemstad, een prachtige historische vestingstad aan het Volkerak en het Hollands Diep, biedt een unieke werkomgeving. Bij ons combineer je jouw passie voor bartending met leidinggeven, waarbij je de kans krijgt om een team samen te stellen en te motiveren.

Wat ga je doen? Als barman en bedrijfsleider draag je niet alleen zorg voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden achter de bar, maar ook voor het aansturen van het team. In overleg met de eigenaar krijg je de vrijheid om een team op te bouwen dat perfect past bij onze zaak. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze bediening, bent verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer, en creëert samen met het team een gastvrije en gezellige sfeer voor onze gasten. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alles, van planning tot uitvoering, soepel verloopt. Vind je het daarnaast leuk om evenementen te organiseren of heb je creatieve ideeën voor de bar? Dan krijg je de ruimte om deze voorstellen bij de eigenaar onder de aandacht te brengen en samen te realiseren. Jouw input wordt gewaardeerd en kan bijdragen aan het succes van de zaak.

- Jij bent een ervaren barman met een passie voor gastvrijheid en service.

- Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten en bent in staat om zelfstandig een team op te bouwen en aan te sturen.

- Je houdt van aanpakken en werkt graag operationeel mee.

- Je hebt oog voor detail en weet precies wat onze gasten nodig hebben.

- Je kunt een divers team motiveren en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

- Flexibiliteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; werken in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen is geen probleem.
