Ervaring? Niet nodig. De juiste attitude? Absoluut! Wij zorgen voor een volledige opleiding, zodat jij vol vertrouwen achter de bar staat. Van cafés en festivals tot grote events: geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt mee voor een topbeleving, wij zorgen ervoor dat je er helemaal klaar voor bent.

Als barmedewerker ben jij het gezicht achter de bar. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en met een glimlach hun drankje krijgen en dat alles achter de schermen vlot blijft verlopen.

Je werkt op verschillende horeca- en eventlocaties, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is. Van drukke cafés en festivals tot grote events: jij zorgt samen met je team voor een vlotte service en een geweldige sfeer.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bestellingen opnemen en drankjes serveren
  • De bar voorbereiden en netjes houden
  • Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel verderhelpen
  • Samenwerken met je collega's
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlot verloop van het event
  • Achteraf de bar opruimen en afsluiten

Ervaring is geen must. Wij leiden je op en leren je de kneepjes van het vak. Wat we wél zoeken, is iemand met goesting, een goede werkmentaliteit en de drive om bij te leren.
