The posting

Als Barmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van koude & warme dranken. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel in het proces van onze organisatie, waar je onze catering team versterkt en helpt bij het bieden van een onberispelijke service! Jouw werkplek is in Sint-Truiden.

  • Mise-en-place bar: controleert voorraad, vult frigo's aan met dranken, zet benodigdheden klaar.
  • Mise-en-place voor aperitieven, cocktails en longdrinks (decoratie, fruitsappen, hapjes enz...).
  • Bedient klanten: doseert en mengt dranken (cocktails, longdrinks), aperitieven, bier, koffie, soft drinks enz.; zorgt voor de nodige decoratie en toebehoren.
  • Geeft uitleg over samenstelling en smaak dranken; laat proeven.
  • Bereidt kleine koude en warme snacks, ijsbereidingen.
  • Zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer in de bar.
  • Rekent af en controleert wisselgeld, input kassa.
  • Verzamelt en sorteert leeggoed, wast glazen af.
  • Reinigt bar, onderhoudt tapkast.
  • Maakt bestellingen op.
  • Adviseert voor de samenstelling van de drankenkaart.
  • Zorgt voor orde en netheid in de bar.

Werkuren 38u( per week): van maandag tot zondag van 6u00 tot 22u00 (twee shiften)

  • Je bent flexibel, dynamisch en proactief
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
  • Je bent klantgericht, discreet en beleefd in omgang
  • Je houdt van sociaal contact en bent een echte teamspeler
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis Frans is een pluspunt
