Met jouw gastvrije service weet jij indruk te maken op de gasten van Axis Lobby & Cocktail Bar van Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Je bezorgt ze onvergetelijke ervaringen. Daarnaast draag jij samen met je collega's bij aan nog meer hotelprijzen, zoals de World Travel Awards en de Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Awards.Door jouw werkervaring begrijpen wij dat we je niet hoeven uit te leggen wat jouw dagelijkse taken zullen zijn, maar voor het geval dat zullen we dit kort uitleggen. - Beheer van een efficiënt uitgevoerde bardienst die voldoet aan de afgesproken normen en regelgeving - Ervoor zorgen dat alle gasten hun drankjes en maaltijden ontvangen zoals besteld - Handhaaf de netheid van alle apparatuur die tijdens de shift wordt gebruikt - Ervoor zorgen dat de bar en opslagruimtes te allen tijde schoon zijn volgens de normen op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en hygiëne - Maximaliseer de omzet en verhoog de gemiddelde uitgaven per persoon door middel van upselling, hoge servicenormen, effectieve training en motivatietechnieken - Demonstreer een algemene kennis van de meeste dranken die in de bar worden geserveerd, hoe dranken worden bereid (volgens recept) en gepresenteerd en deze ook aan te bevelen - Neem actief deel aan het behalen of overtreffen van onze maandelijkse winstmargedoelstelling voor drankjes en deel mee in de incentives!
