Bij O'Learys Hasselt draait alles om beleving. Van live sport, cocktails en een goed getapte pint tot bowling, karaoke en entertainment: we zorgen elke dag voor onvergetelijke momenten voor onze gasten.

Om die beleving naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Bar Verantwoordelijke.

Als Bar Verantwoordelijke ben je het aanspreekpunt van de bar. Je combineert leidinggeven met zelf actief meewerken op de vloer en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team elke service opnieuw klaarstaat voor een snelle, professionele en gastvrije bediening.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de bar.
  • Je bereidt met passie en oog voor kwaliteit: van perfect getapte pinten tot heerlijke cocktails.
  • Je werkt actief mee achter de bar en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en vlot worden afgewerkt.
  • Je motiveert, begeleidt en coacht het barteam tijdens de service.
  • Je leidt nieuwe medewerkers, studenten en flexi's op en zorgt ervoor dat zij onze kwaliteits- en servicestandaarden kennen.
  • Je bewaakt de orde, structuur en netheid binnen de bar.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat de bar steeds goed aangevuld is.
  • Je controleert het correcte gebruik en onderhoud van de cocktailmachines en het overige materiaal.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer en een uitstekende gastbeleving.
  • Een positieve, professionele en verzorgde uitstraling heeft.
  • Ervaring heeft in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een drukke baromgeving.
  • Een natuurlijke teamplayer is en energie haalt uit samenwerken.
  • Sterk is in communicatie en gastbeleving.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Georganiseerd en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
  • Een echte hands-on mentaliteit heeft en niet bang is om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Initiatief neemt en collega's weet te motiveren.
  • Stressbestendig is en ook tijdens drukke services het overzicht behoudt.
  • Altijd denkt in oplossingen en niet in problemen.
  • Flexibel is en bereid is om 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken.
