Deze organisatie opereert in de maakindustrie en richt zich op de productie van poeders en actieve materialen voor mobiliteit en energieopslag. Het team werkt in een gestandaardiseerde productieomgeving met voorspelbare en reproduceerbare processen, dankzij strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsprotocollen. De organisatie levert aan internationale markten en combineert schaal met korte communicatielijnen. Medewerkers werken in kleine ploegteams en focussen op samenwerking en duidelijke instructies. Jij voert praktische taken uit zoals het inwegen van grondstoffen, het bereiden van mengsels en het bedienen van ovens. Kwaliteitsbewaking en registratie van productiegegevens zijn ook onderdeel van je werk. Er zijn interne leertrajecten beschikbaar om door te groeien naar specialistische rollen binnen de productieafdeling. Het salaris ligt tussen € 2900 - € 4300 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring, en de functie is in een 5-ploegendienst met begeleiding voor nieuwe medewerkers. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en bewaken van het productieproces; - Nauwkeurig inwegen en aanmaken van grondstoffen en pasta's; - Bedienen en beladen van ovens en stookbakken volgens werkvoorschriften; - Werken volgens strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgdragen voor netheid; - Registreren van productiegegevens, rapporteren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij kwaliteitscontroles; - Monitoren van PLC-gestuurde processen en instellen van recepten binnen gestelde toleranties; - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud zoals reinigen, smeren en kleinere afstellingen aan installaties; - Uitvoeren van visuele controles, monstername en basismetingen zoals temperatuur en vochtigheid en deze terugkoppelen voor laboratoriumanalyse; - Verantwoordelijk voor een complete productielijn tijdens de dienst en zorgdragen voor correcte overdracht naar de volgende ploeg; - Signaleren van procesverbeteringen en meewerken aan kleine verbeterprojecten gericht op uitval- en afvalreductie; Functie-ei.

- MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige opleiding; - Relevante werkervaring in productie of technische affiniteit; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Oog voor netheid, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid; - Proactieve houding en het vermogen om het toegewezen werkproces te overzien; - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken;
