Wil jij werken in een moderne, schone productieomgeving waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in het proces? Voor een groeiende organisatie in de regio Uden zoeken wij een Basis Operator die nauwkeurig werkt en graag onderdeel is van een hecht team. In deze functie werk je in een 5-ploegendienst en zorg je er samen met je collega’s voor dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je krijgt daarnaast volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Wie zoeken we? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige collega die graag in een productieomgeving werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werk. Je past goed in deze functie als je: Bij voorkeur mbo niveau 2 werk- en denkniveau hebt Ervaring hebt in productie of technische affiniteit hebt De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst Oog hebt voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit Voldoe je niet volledig aan het profiel, maar ben je gemotiveerd om het vak te leren? Wat je kunt verwachten: Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200 en €3.500 (afhankelijk van ervaring) Een fulltime werkweek van gemiddeld 31,5 uur in 5-ploegendienst Goede doorgroeimogelijkheden en opleidingskansen (o.a. via interne academy en BBL-trajecten) Een uitgebreid inwerktraject met begeleiding van ervaren collega’s Een schone, veilige en moderne werkomgeving Een hecht team van circa 12 collega’s per ploeg Dagelijks vers fruit en een prettige, collegiale werksfeer Functieomschrijving Als Basis Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van verschillende stappen binnen het productieproces. Je werkt volgens vaste voorschriften en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes, veilig en gestructureerd verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Nauwkeurig inwegen van grondstoffen volgens receptuur Maken en verwerken van mengsels en pasta’s

Beladen van stookbakken en ovens Bedienen van eenvoudige installaties en apparatuur Toezicht houden op het proces en signaleren van afwijkingen Werken volgens strikte hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften Zorgdragen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkplek Je werkt samen met operators en een teamleider en draagt bij aan een efficiënt en betrouwbaar productieproces.
