Jij bent een vakman met technische affiniteit die praktisch ingesteld is en verantwoordelijkheid wilt nemen binnen een ploegendienstomgeving. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 bruto per maand met aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden die de inzet in ploegendienst belonen. Werken in Roermond betekent deel uitmaken van een operationeel team dat productkwaliteit en veiligheid dagelijks bewaakt. De werkomgeving biedt ruimte om door te groeien naar meer gespecialiseerde operator- of technische rollen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt bewerkingsmachines in om productieprocessen optimaal te laten draaien. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen om productnormen te waarborgen. - Je ondersteunt bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden en kleine storingsdiagnoses om uitval te minimaliseren. - Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en productieprocedures en draagt bij aan een ordelijke werkplek. - Je deelt kennis met collega’s en volgt opleidingen om je technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. - Je bedient CNC-machines, persen en zaag- en montagelijnen in een semi-geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. - Je werkt op series-based en semi-continu productie lijnen die PLC-gestuurd zijn met HMI-bediening. - Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en instellen van machines binnen jouw lijn en schakelt bij complexe ombouw of elektrische storingen de technische dienst in. - Je neemt dagelijks visuele controles en steekproeven voor afmetingen en gewichten en registreert resultaten digitaal in het kwaliteitssysteem. - Je levert..
