We zoeken een verpleegkundige om de SP-dienst Locomotorische revalidatie/ Geriatrie te versterken. Je helpt er patiënten bij hun intensieve revalidatie. Heb je een uitgesproken interesse in het bewegingsstelsel en orthopedische zorg? Dan ben jij misschien onze nieuwe collega!

De gespecialiseerde dienst voor behandeling en revalidatie (SP-dienst) behandelt patiënten met locomotorische aandoeningen door een letsel of ingreep. Bij het revalidatieproces is een multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, artsen en paramedici betrokken.

  • Je werkt multidisciplinair en kwaliteitsgericht samen.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de medische en verpleegkundige zorg, revalidatie en reactivering van de patiënt.
  • Je helpt patiënten binnen alle vormen van locomotorische revalidatie.
  • Je observeert, coördineert en evalueert patiënten en verpleegkundige zorgen nauwgezet.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de continuïteit van de zorgverlening.
  • Je ondersteunt de dienst bij administratieve taken (o.a. aanvullen van het elektronisch patiëntendossier in KWS).
  • Je bouwt verder aan ons JCI-kwaliteitslabel.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor verpleegkunde, gegradueerd verpleegkundige of basisverpleegkundige.
  • Je draagt onze patiënten een warm hart toe.
  • Kwaliteitsvolle zorg primeert. Integriteit en respect typeren je.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer. Je past je vlot aan in verschillende situaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot, maar discreet.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en spreekt een mondje Frans.
