Dan biedt HWW zorg je een uitstekende gelegenheid om brede klinische ervaring op te doen en je gericht voor te bereiden op deze vervolgopleiding. Jouw ontwikkeling richting Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde Als basisarts ouderengeneeskunde (ANIOS) maak je deel uit van onze behandeldienst en werk je nauw samen met ervaren specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychologen en andere behandelaren. Je doet in deze functie brede ervaring op binnen de intramurale ouderenzorg en de eerstelijnszorg voor kwetsbare ouderen met complexe somatische, psychogeriatrische en multimorbide problematiek. Tegelijkertijd word je actief begeleid in je voorbereiding op de opleiding tot Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde. De eerstvolgende mogelijkheid om te starten met de opleiding is in maart 2027 via het LUMC. HWW zorg ondersteunt je bij de voorbereiding op de selectieprocedure en biedt begeleiding bij jouw professionele ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? Als basisarts ben je medisch verantwoordelijk voor een deel van onze cliëntenpopulatie en lever je, onder supervisie van een Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde, een belangrijke bijdrage aan diagnostiek, behandeling en beleidsvorming. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - het uitvoeren van medische beoordelingen en visites - het opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van behandelplannen - het voeren van gesprekken met cliënten en hun naasten - het participeren in multidisciplinair overleg - het bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering, innovati...
