's Ochtends stel je diagnoses en bied je acute hulp op de afdelingen, van revalidatie en somatiek tot psychogeriatrie. Je bespreekt de toestand van de cliënten natuurlijk met de cliënten zelf, maar ook met familieleden die op bezoek zijn, de collega's van de verpleging en, als je twijfelt, met de specialist die je begeleidt. 's Middags werk je de plannen uit. Is aanvullende behandeling nodig? Fysiotherapie, ergotherapie, logopedie? Wil je een diëtist inschakelen? Een muziektherapeut, een geestelijk verzorger of een wondverpleegkundige? Jij ziet het hele plaatje en stippelt de koers uit. Je voornaamste doel is de analyse van complexe ziektebeelden. Daarnaast ben je toegewijd aan kwaliteit van leven en een waardig einde. Werken als basisarts in West-Brabant Je werkt op onze zorglocaties in regio Breda en regio Moerdijk, waaronder locaties in en rond Breda, Zevenbergen en de gemeente Moerdijk. Daardoor is deze functie ook interessant wanneer je woont in bijvoorbeeld Etten-Leur, Oosterhout, Roosendaal, Dordrecht of de omliggende regio. Daarom werk je graag in onze vakgroep Je werkt in een vakgroep waarin collega's makkelijk bij elkaar binnenlopen, kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen. Er is ruimte om vragen te stellen, casuïstiek te bespreken en te leren van specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en andere behandelaren. Je krijgt vertrouwen en zelfstandigheid, maar staat er niet alleen voor. We vinden het belangrijk dat je werk inhoudelijk uitdagend is én dat het vol te houden blijft.
