Voor een opdrachtgever in West-Brabant zijn wij op zoek naar een basisarts die medewerkers binnen een sociaal werkbedrijf begeleidt bij vraagstukken rondom gezondheid, belastbaarheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. In deze rol kijk je verder dan medische beperkingen alleen. Je richt je juist op de mogelijkheden van medewerkers en helpt hen zo optimaal mogelijk deel te nemen aan het arbeidsproces. Daarbij combineer je medische expertise met een mensgerichte en praktische aanpak. Je voert medische spreekuren en consulten, beoordeelt de belastbaarheid van medewerkers en adviseert over arbeidsgeschiktheid, verzuim en re-integratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je leidinggevenden en HR-professionals bij complexe gezondheidsvraagstukken en stel je medische rapportages en adviezen op. Je werkt nauw samen met bedrijfsartsen, praktijkondersteuners, casemanagers en andere disciplines om tot de best passende oplossingen te komen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op verschillende locaties in Bergen op Zoom, Etten-Leur en Roosendaal. Afhankelijk van jouw wensen en beschikbaarheid kunnen de werkzaamheden worden gecombineerd met opdrachten in Breda, waardoor je een afwisselende functie krijgt met verschillende doelgroepen en organisaties binnen de bedrijfsgezondheidszorg.
