Jouw nieuwe baan Gesprekken geven richting aan jouw werk. Met medewerkers die vastlopen, werkgevers die zoeken naar haalbare oplossingen en organisaties die verzuim liever voorkomen dan achteraf repareren. Jij als ANIOS kijkt verder dan de klacht. Wat speelt er op de werkvloer? Wat heeft iemand nodig om aan het werk te blijven of terug te keren? En welke stap helpt medewerker én werkgever vooruit? De casuïstiek is breed. Fysieke klachten, mentale belasting, spanning binnen een team of vragen over duurzame inzetbaarheid: jij brengt overzicht en maakt situaties concreet. Ook buiten het spreekuur denk je mee. Je adviseert over preventie, coacht waar nodig en helpt organisaties gezonder naar werk te kijken. Zo krijgt jouw rol als bedrijfsarts een duidelijke plek aan de voorkant van verzuim. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Midden in een regio met veel MKB-bedrijven krijg je als bedrijfsarts een goed beeld van wat er speelt bij kleinere ondernemingen en groeiende organisaties. De werklocatie ligt centraal. Een deel van je werk doe je vanuit huis, daarnaast bezoek je klanten op locatie. Daardoor zie je niet alleen het dossier, maar ook de werkvloer waar het om gaat. Je werkt samen met praktijkondersteuners, inzetbaarheidscoaches en klantassistenten. Overleggen zijn praktisch en gericht op wat nodig is om verder te komen. De organisatie kiest voor een nuchtere aanpak. Geen onnodige stappen, wel ruimte voor goede ideeën en voor jouw ontwikkeling binnen de bedrijfsgeneeskunde.
