De sociale geneeskunde is voor veel artsen die voor het eerst in dit vakgebeid stappen een openbaring. Er is meer tijd voor de patienten dan bij bijvoorbeeld de huisartsenzorg terwijl je een vrijwel evenbreed spectrum aan ziektebeelden op je spreekuur krijgt. Daarnaast zie je deze patienen ook repeterend en draag je door het vaststellen van de belasting en door het geven van de juiste adviezen bij aan het herstel en de werkhervatting van deze patienten.Ook kan je als arts preventief worden ingezet en juist het ziekteverzuim voorkomen. De werktijden zijn onder kantoortijden en deze baan is uitstekend te comineren met een sociaal priveleven. Wil je een keertje meelopen om een indruk te krijgen? Dan is dit zeker een optie. Functie eisen De arts die wij zoeken beschikt over: - Een BIG-registratie arts; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - De combinatie van sociale vaardigheden en een zakelijke instelling; - Affiniteit met het werkgebied van verzuimbegeleiding, preventie en re-integratie. Bedrijfscultuur Als werkgever wil onze opdrachtgever dat haar medewerkers zich continu ontwikkelen en stelt dan ook alles in het werk om de ontwikkeling te bevorderen.
