Groei als arts binnen een deskundig team én krijg voorrang op een betaalbare huurwoning, zonder inschrijving. Jouw nieuwe baan Iedere cliënt vraagt om een andere aanpak. Als basisarts onderzoek je ouderen met complexe en vaak meervoudige gezondheidsproblemen. Je stelt diagnoses, bepaalt samen met het behandelteam de juiste koers en voert regie over het behandelplan. Daarbij schakel je moeiteloos met specialisten, therapeuten en collega's, zodat iedere cliënt de zorg krijgt die past. Afwisseling maakt dit werk extra interessant. Je doet ervaring op binnen somatiek, psychogeriatrie, herstelzorg en acute ouderenzorg. Daardoor ontdek je snel waar jouw talent ligt en ontwikkel je een brede medische blik. Leren gebeurt hier iedere dag. Een specialist ouderengeneeskunde staat klaar om met je mee te denken, geeft inhoudelijke feedback en stimuleert je om steeds zelfstandiger beslissingen te nemen. Zo bouw je in korte tijd waardevolle ervaring op en groei je uit tot een stevige arts.
