Basisarts ouderenpsychiatrie BKV , Halsteren Vakgebied Artsen Functie Basisarts Branche GGZ Aanstelling Tijdelijk dienstverband Plaatsingsdatum 1 October 2026 Niveau WO Ervaring Ervaren Dienstverband Parttime Ouderen met acute en reguliere psychiatrische zorgvragen behandelen geeft deze interim-opdracht als basisarts een duidelijke klinische focus. Jouw nieuwe baan Op de opname en behandelafdeling begeleid je ouderen die regulier worden opgenomen of in crisis verkeren, met of zonder Wvggz-maatregel. Als ANIOS voer je opnames uit, waaronder het intakegesprek en de verwerking daarvan in het elektronisch patiëntendossier. Op zzp-basis behandel je cliënten in samenspraak met de regiebehandelaar en psychiater. Je onderhoudt contact met de cliënt en diens netwerk en vervult de rol van casemanager binnen de behandeling. Ook neem je waar voor collega's bij cliëntgebonden vragen en eventuele acute problemen. Bij afwezigheid van de huisarts of specialist ouderengeneeskunde speel je in op somatische problematiek. Daarnaast neem je deel aan het ochtendrapport, multidisciplinair overleg en zorgafstemmingsgesprekken. Je werkt daarbij samen met onder meer verpleegkundigen, vaktherapeuten, maatschappelijk werk en het ambulante team. Jouw nieuwe werkplek De afdeling richt zich op opname en behandeling binnen de ouderenpsychiatrie. Cliënten komen hier voor reguliere zorg of tijdens een crisis en kunnen te maken hebben met verplichte zorg vanuit de Wvggz. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team werk jij als basisarts tijdens deze interim-inzet onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de regiebehandelaar en psychiater. De samenwerking omvat ook verpleegkundigen, vaktherapeuten, maatschappelijk werk en collega's uit het ambulante team.
