Dit ga je doen Ouderenzorg is een boeiend specialisme, waarin je jouw kennis en ervaring breed kunt toepassen. Onder de deskundige begeleiding van de specialist ouderengeneeskunde, ga je ervaring opdoen in diverse onderdelen van het vakgebied. Geriatrische revalidatie, chronische zorg en revalidatie zorg: afhankelijk van jouw interesses kun je ontzettend veel leren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: de dagelijkse medische zorg aan de bewoners van onze locaties; artsenvisites met de verpleging en verzorging, opnames van nieuwe cliënten en MDO’s met families, zorg en behandelaren; bereikbaarheidsdiensten overdag voor de medische vakgroep voor spoedvragen; ANW-diensten onder supervisie van de Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde. Hier ga je werken De regionale medische vakgroep van BrabantZorg bestaat uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, een physician assistant en een aantal basisartsen (ANIOS en AIOS). Het medisch secretariaat is de steun en toeverlaat van de medische vakgroep. De artsen werken nauw samen met gespecialiseerd verpleegkundigen, zoals in de ketenzorg rond NAH, Parkinson en dementie. Er is een goede samenwerking in de eerste en tweede lijn. Het Regionaal Verpleegkundig Team verzorgt de triage tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden. Dat vermindert het aantal keren dat je als arts daadwerkelijk in actie moet komen tijdens een ANW-dienst. Dit bieden wij jou Een baan waar je als ANIOS dagelijks tijd voor overleg en werkbegeleiding krijgt. En waar de samenwerking met de specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en de physician assistant op basis van gelijkwaardigheid wordt vormgegeven. Daarnaast bieden wij: Ruimte voor extra leermomenten in de vorm van FTO, refereren en intervisie met collega- ANIOS/AIOS; Een contract van 32 uur per week. Dit is exclusief de ANW diensten (ongevee

4 avonden/ nachten per maand + 1 x 24 uur in het weekend ); Een salaris in FWG 65 volgens het cao Verpleeg-, Verzorgingshuizen en Thuiszorg; Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8%, collectieve verzekeringen en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (een volledige 13de maand); korting op het leasen van een auto o.b.v. Private Lease; meerkeuze in arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een laptop- en fietsregeling. Dit ben jij Jij hebt een (bijna) afgeronde opleiding Geneeskunde en affiniteit met ouderen. Daarnaast: Heb je een geldige BIG-registratie; Werk je graag met een professioneel multidisciplinair team aan goede zorg voor ouderen; Ondersteun je de visie op Positieve Gezondheid ; Kun je je goed vinden in de vertaling hiervan door BrabantZorg; Heb je een rijbewijs en kun je beschikken over een auto.
