In deze rol als arts verzekeringsgeneeskunde werk je op het snijvlak van geneeskunde, arbeid en maatschappij. Je beoordeelt arbeids(on)geschiktheid en adviseert over belastbaarheid en re-integratiemogelijkheden. Dankzij een uitgebreide inwerkperiode en intensieve begeleiding krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen in een betekenisvol vakgebied, zonder diensten of nachtdiensten. Dit is jouw kans om bij te dragen aan het welzijn van cliënten en tegelijkertijd een gezonde werk-privébalans te behouden. Wat ga je doen: - Je beoordeelt cliënten met een ziekte of beperking en brengt advies uit over hun belastbaarheid en mogelijkheden voor werk. - Je combineert medische kennis met analytisch inzicht om complexe situaties te analyseren en passende adviezen te formuleren. - Je onderhoudt contact met diverse stakeholders, zoals cliënten, werkgevers en andere professionals, om tot een gezamenlijk gedragen advies te komen. - Je volgt een uitgebreide inwerkperiode en hebt de mogelijkheid om door te groeien richting de opleiding tot verzekeringsarts. - Je levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan de re-integratie van cliënten in de maatschappij.
