The posting

Over deze opdracht Voor een huisartsenpost in de regio Zwolle (verzorgingsgebied: Zwolle, Lelystad, Emmeloord, Hardenberg en Dronten) zijn wij op zoek naar basisartsen voor de nachtdiensten als triagist. Een dynamische rol in de acute huisartsenzorg, waarin je samen met een collega-triagist en de dienstdoende huisarts verantwoordelijk bent voor de eerste opvang en triage van spoedeisende zorgvragen. De inzet start vanaf juli/augustus en is goed te combineren met andere werkzaamheden of een oriëntatie op een vervolgopleiding. Aantal nachtdiensten en planning stemmen we af op jouw beschikbaarheid en voorkeuren. De werkomgeving Je werkt op een huisartsenpost waar per nacht twee triagisten aanwezig zijn voor de hele regio. Je werkt nauw samen met de dienstdoende huisarts, ervaren triagisten en, waar nodig, externe partners zoals ambulance en regionale ggz. Aanwezigheid op locatie zorgt voor laagdrempelig overleg en directe begeleiding tijdens je eerste diensten. Voor opeenvolgende diensten worden in overleg slaap- en verblijfsmogelijkheden geregeld, zodat reistijd en herstel goed te combineren zijn. De functie In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten met spoedeisende huisartsenzorg. Je beoordeelt urgentie en bepaalt de juiste actie aan de hand van de Nederlandse Triage Standaard (NTS) en de NHG-Triagewijzer; de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het medisch beleid blijft bij de dienstdoende huisarts. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit - Telefonisch beoordelen en triageren van zorgvragen volgens NTS en NHG-Triagewijzer - Inplannen van consulten en visites bij de huisartsen in het verzorgingsgebied - In overleg met de regiearts doorverwijzen naar andere zorginstellingen waar nodig - Signaleren van knelpunten in de uitvoering, doen van verbetervoorstellen en deze communiceren met het management Gezocht profiel - Afgeronde opleiding Geneeskunde en BIG-geregistreerd - Affiniteit met acute zorg en interesse...
