Een bijzonder moment om in te stappen In september is GGZ Rivierduinen in Gouda gestart met een nieuwe manier van werken. Binnen onze Dichtbijteams brengen we ambulante psychiatrie, specialistische poliklinische zorg, ouderenpsychiatrie en jeugdexpertise samen. We organiseren de zorg integraal, herstelgericht en dichtbij de leefwereld van de cliënt . Dit betekent: samenwerken over grenzen heen, leren van verschillende doelgroepen en actief meebouwen aan de toekomst van onze zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert intakes uit en biedt zowel individuele als groepsbehandelingen; - Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en draagt bij aan gezamenlijke besluitvorming rondom cliënten; - Je hebt, onder supervisie van een GZ-psycholoog, een eigen caseload; - Je werkt intensief samen met je collega's en draagt actief bij aan een constructieve en gelijkwaardige teamdynamiek. Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die graag blijft leren en groeien. Met jouw nieuwsgierige en leergierige houding sta je open voor nieuwe inzichten en manieren van werken. Je neemt initiatief, zoekt actief naar kennis en weet de expertise van collega's goed te benutten. Samenwerken doe je op een proactieve en betrokken manier - je denkt mee, doet mee en draagt bij aan een sterk en hecht team.
