Functieomschrijving Ben jij een basispsycholoog of orthopedagoog die als zelfstandige graag een betekenisvolle bijdrage levert aan de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen? Wil je werken in een betrokken team waarin ruimte is voor maatwerk, professionele ontwikkeling en samenwerking? Dan ben jij misschien wel degene die we zoeken! Voor onze locatie in Castricum zijn wij op zoek naar een basispsycholoog of orthopedagoog voor een tijdelijke vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof, met ingang van 1 oktober 2026 voor een periode van zeven maanden. Over Dokter Bosman Dokter Bosman biedt zowel basis- als specialistische GGZ-zorg en werkt vanuit de visie "psychologie van nu". Wij hanteren een persoonlijke benadering waarbij de focus ligt op maatwerk en de cliënt centraal staat. Onze zorgaanpak wordt afgestemd op de individuele behoeften van de cliënt. Het grootste onderscheid met andere zorginstellingen ligt in de oplossingen die wij bieden: geen standaard zorg, maar zorg die aansluit bij de specifieke situatie van de cliënt en diens omgeving. Wij helpen onze cliënten om effectief om te gaan met de uitdagingen die zij in hun dagelijks leven tegenkomen en werken samen naar hun doelen. Team Castricum bestaat uit twee teams, namelijk kind & jeugd en volwassenen. Beiden bieden behandelingen in de specialistische GGZ aan en hebben ervaring in het behandelen van een breed scala aan problematieken zoals ADHD, autisme, depressie, angst- en stemmingsklachten, trauma, gedragsstoornissen, emotieregulatieproblematiek, sociaal-emotionele problemen en milde persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Het systeem van het kind wordt hierbij uiteraard in ogenschouw genomen. Het hebben van zowel kind & jeugd als volwassenen biedt een waardevolle kans om een specifiek behandelaanbod te creëren voor de overgangsperiode van jongvolwassenen (18-24 jaar). Wat ga je doen?
