Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Het inbrengen van jeugd-GGZ expertise binnen het wijkteam. - Het beoordelen van geschikte interventies en deze toepassen. - Deelname aan multidisciplinaire overleggen binnen de wijk. - Samenwerken met drie collega's van een specialistische GGZ-organisatie binnen het sociaal team om gezamenlijke onderzoeken en behandelingen op het gebied van jeugd-GGZ uit te voeren. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? - minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in dezelfde functie; - een afgeronde opleiding WO psychologie of orthopedagogiek; - je hebt een proactieve, flexibele en initiërende werkhouding; - je kunt systematisch en ordelijk werken met betrekking tot de algehele dossiervoering; - je hebt een SKJ inschrijving in het beroepsregister voor jeugd- en gezinsprofessionals of bent in staat deze direct aan te vragen; Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
