Dit ga je doenHet FACT-team Haarlem biedt specialistische, outreachende behandeling aan jeugdigenen jongvolwassenen met Ernstige Psychiatrische Aandoeningen (EPA). We werkenvanuit een herstelgerichte visie, waarbij de cliënt en zijn of haar omgeving centraal staan.Samen met ouders, naasten en ketenpartners zetten we ons in voor passende,duurzame zorg.Als basispsycholoog:voer je, onder supervisie van een regiebehandelaar, intakegesprekken, psychologischonderzoek en diagnostiek uit; • bied je individuele behandelingen en begeleid je cliënten volgens het behandelplan;•lever je een actieve bijdrage aan systeemgesprekken en werk je nauw samen metouders en andere belangrijke betrokkenen; • denk je mee over behandelplannen en draag je bij aan de uitvoering en evaluatiehiervan; • neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en werk je intensief samen met collega'sbinnen het FACT-team; • onderhoud je contact met ketenpartners om de zorg goed op elkaar af te stemmen.•• Dit ben jijJe bent een betrokken en leergierige psycholoog die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staaten graag samenwerkt.
