Bij de polikliniek Ouderen in Haarlem krijg je de ruimte om je vak verder te ontwikkelen, ervaring op te doen met verschillende behandelvormen en samen te werken in een betrokken multidisciplinair team. En wil je doorgroeien? Dan bieden we je een gericht ontwikkeltraject én de mogelijkheid om in te stromen in de opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog. Wat ga je doen als Basispsycholoog? - Als basispsycholoog behandel je ouderen met uiteenlopende psychiatrische en psychosomatische problematiek. Je werkt volgens de geldende richtlijnen en hebt daarbij oog voor de persoon achter de klachten. Omdat ouderen vaak te maken hebben met meerdere problemen tegelijk, is geen behandeltraject hetzelfde. - Je voert intakes uit, samen met de psychiater en/of regiebehandelaar, en bent betrokken bij het opstellen en evalueren van behandelplannen. - Je behandelt cliënten individueel en werkt onder andere met CGT, oplossingsgerichte therapie en EMDR. Waar passend betrek je naasten en andere belangrijke personen uit het netwerk van de cliënt bij de behandeling. - Je verricht psychodiagnostisch onderzoek, bijvoorbeeld naar cognitieve problematiek, autismespectrumproblematiek, AD(H)D, persoonlijkheidskenmerken en coping. - Je stemt regelmatig af met de cliënt en het behandelteam over het verloop van de behandeling en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg.
