Ben jij een nieuwsgierige, leergierige en proactieve basispsycholoog met al enige ervaring in de GGZ die graag het verschil maakt? Wil jij werken in een veelzijdige functie waarin je écht bijdraagt aan het herstel van mensen met complexe psychische klachten? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wij zoeken een basispsycholoog met ervaring in het behandelen van cliënten met psychose en/of autisme. Op de locatie Leidschendam werk je samen met een betrokken team aan het behandelen van mensen met uiteenlopende en vaak meervoudige psychiatrische problemen. Vanuit een herstelgerichte visie help je mensen om hun leven weer zo zelfstandig en betekenisvol mogelijk vorm te geven. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar we in januari zijn gestart met Rivierduinen Verleggen. Een beweging waarin we onze krachten bundelen en poliklinische zorg, FACT-zorg en ouderenpsychiatrie samenbrengen binnen één herstelgerichte netwerkstructuur. Dit betekent: samenwerken over grenzen heen, leren van verschillende doelgroepen en actief meebouwen aan de toekomst van onze zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert intakes uit en biedt zowel individuele als groepsbehandelingen. Hierbij zal een accent liggen op cliënten met psychose en/of autisme; - Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en draagt bij aan gezamenlijke besluitvorming rondom cliënten; - Je hebt, onder supervisie van een GZ-psycholoog een eigen caseload; - Je werkt intensief samen met je collega's en draagt actief bij aan een constructieve en gelijkwaardige teamdynamiek.
