Als Basisverpleegkundige bij ons WZC in Zelem/Halen speel je een cruciale rol in het welzijn en comfort van onze bewoners. We werken volgens de Positive Care filosofie: een warme, veilige en huiselijke omgeving waar oprechte aandacht, respect en levensvreugde vooropstaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen jouw wettelijk bevoegdheidskader verleen je zelfstandig kwaliteitsvolle zorg in minder complexe situaties. Bij complexere zorg stem je af met de verpleegkundige algemene zorg (VVAZ) of de behandelend arts.

  • Zorg & Medicatie: Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit, bereidt medicatie voor en dient deze toe volgens het voorschrift.
  • Observeren & Rapporteren: Je volgt de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners nauwgezet op en verwerkt dit correct in het elektronisch zorgdossier.
  • Begeleiding & Comfort: Je ondersteunt bewoners en familie, verleent palliatieve zorg en helpt bij het onthaal van nieuwe bewoners.
  • Coachen & Verdiepen: Je geeft instructies aan zorgkundigen. Daarnaast kun je deelnemen aan werkgroepen (bijv. dementie, valpreventie) of groeien als referentiepersoon.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma basisverpleegkundige op zak (of studeert binnenkort af). Ervaring is een plus, geen must!
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert net zo sterk in een team.
  • Je bent communicatief, luistert actief en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig en spreekt goed Nederlands.
