Als international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen werden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Automobilindustrie innovative Lösungen auf Basis modernster Lithium-Ionen-Technologie und als Komplettanbieter Batteriezellen, Batteriemodule und Batteriesysteme geliefert.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Testplänen und Testfällen auf Basis von Kunden- und internen Anforderungen

* Planung und Steuerung von Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Test, Verifizierung und Validierung

* Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteam, Kunden und externen Partnern

* Koordination und Steuerung von Arbeitspaketen in Zusammenarbeit mit Testanalysten und Testingenieuren

* Überwachung von Fortschritt und Kosten sowie Berichterstattung zum Status von Test- und Validierungsaktivitäten an die Gesamtprojektleitung und den Lenkungsausschuss

* Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Abstimmung zwischen den Testaktivitäten und den relevanten Projekt- sowie Fachteams

Unsere Anforderungen

* Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Teilprojektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Test, Verifizierung oder Validierung

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in Planung und Fortschrittskontrolle

* Starke Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie ein proaktives und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern

* Fachübergreifendes technisches Verständnis für Hochvoltsysteme, Mechanik, Elektronik, Software und Zelltechnologie; Erfahrung mit Batteriesystemen, Antriebssträngen oder Fahrzeugtechnik ist von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse des V-Modells (Automotive) sowie von Verifizierungs- und Validierungsprozessen sind wünschenswert

* Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.786 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird jedoch marktkonform und in Abhängigkeit Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell und gemeinsam vereinbart.
