Ihre Aufgaben * Administrative Unterstützung und Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung und Objektleitung; * Bauabwicklung und Koordination sowie örtliche Bauaufsicht bei Umbau-, Sanierungs- und Adaptierungsprojekten; * Abstimmung und Koordination der projektbeteiligten Unternehmen; * Einbringung zur Optimierung der Ausführungen; * Mitorganisation im Raummanagement und strategische Weiterentwicklung; * Zusammenstellen von projektspezifischen Dokumentationen und laufende Abstimmung im Projektteam; * Angebotseinholungen, Vergleich und Aufbereitung für Vergaben; * Verknüpfung mit laufenden Instandhaltungen und Wartungsagenden auch im Zusammenwirken mit dem Gebäudeeigentümer; * Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Einbringung in Behördenabhandlungen.

Aufnahmebedingungen technische Fachausbildung z.B. Bauakademie, HTL oder annähernd gleichwertiger Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung

Gewünschte Qualifikation * technisches Interesse und kaufmännisches Verständnis * Interesse an Bauprojekten und Abwicklung * selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Zuverlässigkeit und Koordinationstalent * Hohes Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität * sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse * Team-/Kommunikationsfähigkeit * entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit von € 38.628,79.
