Deine Aufgaben

* Das operative und strategische Nachtrags- und Vertragsmanagement ist deine Leidenschaft.

* Du kümmerst dich um die Ausarbeitung/Aufbereitung von Nachträgen, Behinderungs-, Bedenken- sowie Mehrkostenanzeigen in Abstimmung mit den Bau- und Projektleitungen.

* Du berätst die Bau- und Projektleitung zu baubetrieblichen und technisch bauvertraglichen Themen.

* Das Prüfen von Bauzeitplänen, Terminabläufen, Gutachten und Sachverhalten fällt in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.

* Du unterstützt im Technischen Innendienst bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung von Bauvorhaben und prüfst Ausschreibungsunterlagen.

Dein Profil

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/Uni/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.

* Berufserfahrung im Technischen Innendienst und/oder der Abwicklung von Infrastruktur-Projekten setzen wir voraus; Know-how im Tunnelbau ist von Vorteil.

* Vertragsmanagement, Bauvertragsrecht, Bauablaufplanung und Kalkulation im Tiefbau - darin bist du Profi oder willst einer werden.

* Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project sowie ITWO und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Du überzeugst durch Beratungskompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, strukturiertes Denken, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Interesse an der Mitarbeit im Bauleitungsteam vor Ort.
