Als Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Baustellen im Tiroler Oberland 1 Bauleiter/in Diese Tätigkeiten erwarten dich:

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung für spannende Projekte im Erdbau, im Tiroler Oberland - von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung.

* Du führst Baustellenvermessungen und Qualitätskontrollen durch und stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte präzise umgesetzt werden.

* Du begleitest die technische Abwicklung, kümmerst Dich um Baustellenabrechnungen und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt gewissenhaft.

* Du nutzt modernste digitale Werkzeuge und Bauleitersoftware, umplanung, Kommunikation und Abrechnung effizient zu gestalten.

Das erwarten wir:

* Ausbildung im Bauwesen (z. B. HTL, FH, Bauleiterlehrgang) - Technisches Know-how und Blick fürs Wesentliche.

* Führungsqualitäten und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Partien und Baustellen - Du motivierst und führst mit Klarheit und Respekt.

* Organisationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick - Du koordinierst, triffst Entscheidungen und steuerst Projekte zum Erfolg.

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise - lösungsorientiert, zuverlässig und qualitätsbewusst.

* Teamgeist - Du unterstützt Kolleg*innen und förderst ein starkes Miteinander.

* Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität - Du übernimmst Verantwortung und gehst neue Wege.

* Begeisterung für Erdbau - Du arbeitest gerne draußen und schaffst sichtbare Ergebnisse.
