Wir schaffen Raum fur Gastlichkeit. Wir planen und errichten Hotels fur Menschen - zum Wohlfuhlen, Staunen und sich inspirieren lassen. Wir arbeiten im gehobenen 4, 5 und plus Sterne Bereich und planen mit uber 30-jährigem Erfahrungsvorsprung. Wir suchen Teamplayer die eigenständig arbeiten, gut organisiert und belastbar sind. Als Bauleiter oder Bauleiterin bist du die Schlusselperson im Netzwerk von Projektleitung, Technik und Gewerke und hast eine wichtige und vielfältige Managementfunktion.

Ab sofort (oder nach Vereinbarung) suchen wir für unser Team 1 Bauleiter/in Flexible Arbeitszeit, 4 Tagewoche möglich

Du hast

* Ausbildung zum/zur BauleiterIn oder vergleichbare Ausbildung / Qualifikation

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Berufserfahrung in einer Bauleitungsposition

* Du kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen

* Erfahrung mit MS-Office und einem Ausschreibungsprogramm sind von Vorteil, bzw. Lernbereitschaft diese Kenntnisse zu erwerben.

Dein Arbeitsbereich, Aufgaben

* Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die örtliche Bauaufsicht unserer Projekte.

* In Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern erledigst du die Koordinierung und

Überwachung aller Gewerke.

* Du erarbeitest Ausschreibungen, Bauzeitpläne und kümmerst dich um

die Kostenkontrolle.

* Du bist in einem Team mit 5 Kollegen in der Bauleitung und mit insgesamt rund 45 Kollegen aus den Bereichen Kalkulation, Hochbauplanung, Innenausbauplanung, Projektmanagement, Architektur, Innenarchitektur.
