Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Bauleiter_in / Bautechniker_in Baukompetenzcenter Ausmaß: Vollzeit - Arbeitsort: Haid - Anstellung bei: Kremsmüller - Eintritt: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibung von Hoch- und Tiefbauleistungen für unsere Mobilfunkstandorte

* Vergabe, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung unserer Nachunternehmer

* Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Projektabwicklung

* Abnahme von Bauleistungen sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Abrechnungen

* Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Auftraggebern, Behörden, ausführenden Unternehmen und unseren internen Abteilungen

* Aktive Mitgestaltung des entstehenden Baukompetenzcenters sowie Aufbau, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Qualitätsstandards.

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Hochbau, Tiefbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Hoch- und/oder Tiefbauprojekten inkl. Kenntnissen in Bausoftware Nevaris Success X o.ä.

* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern

* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%) innerhalb Österreichs

* Führerschein B
