Wir suchen 1 Bauleiter/in - Dachdeckerei / Spenglerei (m/w/d)

Tätigkeiten:

* In dieser Position sind Sie für die technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben verantwortlich.

* Sie überwachen und koordinieren die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle und führen Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Partnern und Subunternehmen.

* Zudem betreuen Sie öffentliche, gewerbliche und private Kunden laufend und stehen mit ihnen in engem Kontakt.

* Sie führen und koordinieren Facharbeiter sowie Subfirmen und achten auf die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

* Auch die Arbeitsvorbereitung, die Organisation der Baustellen und der baustellenbezogene Schriftverkehr gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.

* Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um Abrechnung und Rechnungslegung sowie um die Prüfung eingehender Rechnungen.

* Sie organisieren Mängelbehebungen und verfolgen diese nach.

* Laufendes Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostencontrolling rundet Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL, FH oder Meisterausbildung im Bereich Dachdeckerei / Spenglerei

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigenverantwortung

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Freude am Umgang mit Bauherren, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B

WIR BIETEN

Das KV-Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt ab € 5.905,00 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung ab und kann demnach auch darüber liegen.
