Übernimm Verantwortung für spannende Erdbauprojekte bei DREIHANS!

Als Bauleiter:in im Erdbau planst und steuerst du unsere Baustellen von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du koordinierst Teams, Geräte und Abläufe und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Blick bleiben. Mit deinem technischen Know-how und deiner Organisation bringst du unsere Projekte sicher ans Ziel.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Leitung von Bauvorhaben verschiedener Größenordnungen

* Personal- und Geräteplanung für die eigenen Baustellen

* Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Liefer- und Subunternehmerleistungen

* Durchführung sowie Kontrolle von Abrechnungen

* Organisation, Kontrolle und Dokumentation des Bauablaufs

* Überwachung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität während der Bauphase

* Erstellung der laufenden Budgets, Soll/Ist-Vergleiche und Bauerfolgsübersichten

Dein Profil

* Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise

* Du hast eine fundierte bautechnische Ausbildung (zB. HTL, Fachschule, Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bautechniker:in und/oder Bauleiter:in, vorzugsweise im Bereich Erdbau/Abbruch

* Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Führungskompetenz und Engagement

* Gutes ausgeprägtes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Kostenbewusstsein und gewinnorientiertes Handeln

* Gute Kenntnisse in NEVARIS und MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse
