Als dynamisches Unternehmen im Bereich Industrieberatung, Anlagen- und Metallbau begleiten wir unsere Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Für unsere anspruchsvollen, Industrie- und Anlagenprojekte suchen wir eine verlässliche und organisierte Persönlichkeit für die Bauleitung. 1 Bauleiter_in für Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Fachliche Führung und Überwachung der verschiedenen Gewerke vor Ort mit Fokus auf Rohrbau, Druckluft-, Metall- und Montagearbeiten.

* Effiziente Einsatz- und Terminplanung zur zeitgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung der Bauvorhaben.

* Überwachung und Einhaltung aller Abläufe, Terminkoordination auf der Baustelle.

* Strikte Beachtung und Durchsetzung aller Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz sowie behördlichen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen

* Enger Austausch mit Projektleitung, Kunden, Subunternehmern und Behörden vor Ort.

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte technische Ausbildung ( im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagentechnik, Metalltechnik ) sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bau- bzw. Montageleitung.

* Praktisches Verständnis für Isometrien, Rohrbau, Rohrleitungstechnik, Drucksysteme, Montageabläufe und Metallbau.

* Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Richtlinien, Arbeitssicherheit.

* Hohe Bereitschaft zu europaweiten Baustelleneinsätzen.

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, organisatorisches Geschick und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

* gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Baustelleneinsatz.
