Wir sind ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen und unser Kerngeschäft ist die Projektabwicklung und Montage von Qualitätstüren im Objektbau (Wohnbauten, Altenheime, Krankenhäuser und öffentlichen Bauten). Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt: 1 Bauleiter_in fur Auftragsbearbeitung im Objektbau (Vollzeit)

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH:

* Technische und organisatorische Projektabwicklung

* Ansprechperson für Bauherrn, Architekten und Behörden

* Laufende Koordination, Überwachung und Nachbetreuung von Baustellen bzw. Projekten

* Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Fertigstellungstermine, Optimierung der Bauabläufe und Baustellenlogistik, Aufmaß- und Rechnungsprüfung

* Materialeinkauf

* Montageeinteilung

DEIN PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, Tischlerlehre)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Objektbau

* IT-Affinität sowie fundierte EDV Kenntnisse

* Kenntnisse in CAD-Programm von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Hohes Kostenbewusstsein und gewinnorientiertes Handeln

* Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungskraft und Verantwortungsbereitschaft

* Seriöses Auftreten, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein B
