Wir suchen eine_n Bauleiter_in Gleisbau, der unsere Baustellen in Süddeutschland unterstützt. Wir suchen Dich für unser "TEAM OF STEEL" für das Einsatzgebiet Süddeutschland im Bereich Gleisbau und bahnnahen Tief- und Kabelbau! 1 Bauleiter_in Gleisbau Arbeitsort: Wels

Anstellung: Vollzeit

Dein Job

* Technische und wirtschaftliche Führung von Baustellen

* Überwachung und Einhaltung aller Gesetzte und Verordnungen

* Bauleitung Gleis-; Kabel- und Tiefbauarbeiten

* Erstellung von Angeboten, Bautagesberichten und Abrechnungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung im Tief- oder Gleisbau (HTL- Tiefbau von Vorteil / HTL-Hochbau / ÖBB Bahn / Gleismeister oder gleichwertiges)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung Gleisbau und bahnnahen Tief- und Kabelbau, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Baustellen

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse im MS Office, AUER- Bausoftware, RVC und AutoCAD; iTwo von Vorteil

* Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

* Teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung

* Führerschein der Klasse B

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag Baugewerbe mit einem Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (39h) von € 4.500,00 Brutto/Monat. Zuzüglich entsprechender Zulagenzahlung! Die Bereitschaft zur marktkonformen Überbezahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
