Die GEG Elektro und Gebäudetechnik GmbH in Gmunden ist Teil der Stern-Gruppe (vormals Stern & Hafferl... 1 Bauleiter_in HKLS (Gebäudetechnik) *** Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Wo.) / Arbeitsort: Gmunden und Umgebung / Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort möglich

Als Bauleiter_in führst Du ein Techniker_innenteam auf der Baustelle und bist gleichzeitig Bindeglied zur Projektleitung.

AUFGABEN: * Als Bauleiter_in verfügst Du über die notwendige Erfahrung und fachliche Qualifikation, mehrere Montageteams / mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu führen und entsprechende Arbeits- und Ausführungsanweisungen zu erteilen * Du verantwortest den ausführenden Projektablauf und Projektfortschritt auf der Baustelle und berichtest laufend an den/die Vorgesetzten (Projektleiter_in) * Du unterstützt und berätst Projektleiter_innen und Planer_innen bei der Projektaufbereitung (techn. Umsetzung, Aufwandskalkulation, Projektunterlagen etc.) und bei sonstigen organisatorischen Maßnahmen (zB: SiGe Plan, Unterweisungen) * Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Projektführung und ausführenden Monteur_innen

WIR SUCHEN: * Fachausbildung (LAP) in HKLS / Gebäudetechnik * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter_in, Projektleiter_in, Planer_in oder Obermonteur_in * Führerschein B, einwandfreier Leumund * Allgemeine Eigenschaften und Soft Skills ** Führungsqualität, Durchsetzungsvermögen ** Systematische Arbeitsweise, Ordnungssinn ** Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität ** Verlässlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Teamgeist

ENTGELT (Basis 2026): Marktkonforme Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung, Ausbildung, Qualifikation: z.B. IST-Brutto-Monatsgehalt € 3.750,00 (Vollzeit LG 2 inkl. Montagezulage) bei vollständiger Erfüllung der Anforderungen und mind. 6 Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter_in / Obermonteur_in / Planer_in / Projektleiter_in. Dazu kommen noch Tagesdiäten (Entfernungszulage) nach Einsatztagen.
