Deine Aufgaben Technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für die Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsvorbereitung, Ablaufplanung und Koordination der Bauausführung Laufendes Controlling der Baustellen inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsüberwachung sowie Berichtswesen Koordination und Kommunikation mit Bauherrn, Planern, Behörden und ausführenden Firmen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards Dein Profil Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder TU) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Hochbau Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen, wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit Projektbeteiligten Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und iTWO Unser Angebot Sozialleistungen: Jubiläumsgelder, Jobticket, Essenszuschuss sowie viele weitere Benefits stellen wir unseren Mitarbeitenden zur Verfügung Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell: Unser neues Arbeitszeitmodell bietet noch mehr Freiraum und Flexibilität für die individuelle Lebenssituation Gesundheit + Mobilität: Wir bieten attraktive Gesundheitsangebote für unsere Mitarbeitenden an und sie erhalten auch ein Jobticket für die kostenlose und nachhaltige Fahrt zur Arbeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
