* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Bauprojekte - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe - und bist dabei technisch, wirtschaftlich und organisatorisch die zentrale Ansprechperson.

* In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Baukauffrauen und Baukaufmännern sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

* Du behältst jederzeit den Überblick über Bauvorgaben, Termine, Kosten, Abrechnungen sowie Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.

* Auftraggeber*innen, Bauherrenvertretungen, Behörden, Subunternehmen und Professionist*innen schätzen dich als verlässliche und kompetente Schnittstelle.

* Die Koordination und Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Subunternehmen siehst du nicht nur als Aufgabe, sondern als spannende Herausforderung, bei der du dein Organisationstalent voll einbringst.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität).

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit und hast bereits komplexe Bauprojekte erfolgreich umgesetzt.

* Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD und iTWO gehört für dich zum beruflichen Alltag.

* Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, überzeugst gleichzeitig durch Führungsstärke und lebst echten Teamgeist.

* Ein Führerschein der Klasse B rundet dein Profil ab.
