Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben im Tiefbau und Asphaltbau

* Mitwirkung in der Vorprojektphase bei Kalkulation, Akquisition und Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Ansprechperson für Behörden, Bauherrenvertretungen und Professionsleistungen

* Überwachung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität sowie Arbeitssicherheit während der Bauphase

* Erstellung der laufenden Budgets, Soll/Ist-Vergleiche und Bauerfolgsübersichten

* Abwicklung des Geschäftsverkehrs und Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL / Uni / FH)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder als Bautechniker im Bereich Tiefbau / Asphaltbau

* Geübt im Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project, Kenntnisse in iTWO von Vorteil

* Führerschein B

* Teamplayerin bzw. Teamplayer mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft, Problemlösungskompetenz, Führungsstärke und Engagement
