Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir: 1 Bauleiter/in (Ing.) für die örtliche Bauaufsicht und das Projektmanagement.

Beschäftigung ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachtechnische Begleitung von Projekten in allen Projektphasen

* Erstellen von Kostenermittlungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Örtliche Bauaufsicht mit Durchsetzung der Bauherrninteressen

* Durchführen der Leistungen des Planungs- und Baustellenkoordination

* Eigenständige Projektabwicklung

Ihre Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Bautechnik, FH oder Uni)

* Erfahrung bei der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten

* Bauplanungskenntnisse

* Kenntnisse der Normen, Richtlinien und Gesetze

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, MS-Project, AutoCAD und AVA-Software)

* Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

Unser Tätigkeitsbereich erstreckt sich über nahezu alle Bereiche des konstruktiven Ingenieurbaues. Dies umfasst Hoch-, Industrie-, Brücken-, Tunnel- und Straßenbau, Telekommunikation, Projektmanagement, Bauaufsicht und Gutachen.
